A Couch Potato's Luck

The days are getting better for me lately. (I wonder if this has anything to do with those new Gano herbal capsules my dad has been injesting into my system...) Well, for whatever reason there is, I'm a hell of a lot grateful for the energy I've had these past few days. I've actually been able to get some work done on those elusive scripts and pamphlets that were so long overdue already. I hope I get things done by mid-September, lest my employer kick my ass for being a useless junkie. :P

Argh. Google isn't helping me any with my research. :(

Things are looking up. :) Even staying at home isn't as boring anymore, not with VCDs and my brother around anyway. Not to sound bad, or anything, but thank God for the storms and the holidays. It's great to have someone at home with me. Martin and I had a latch-key kid lunch of Yellow Cab pepperoni pizza earlier, and I was having the time of my life with him, watching a VCD of this anime flick entitled "Bastard." I swear, sometimes I can't figure out where they get their titles.

Anyway, thanks, Carlo, for lending me your VCD collection. :) As always, you are my life saver... which is why I'm obliged to come over your place later and give you some TLC while you're sick. My poor hubby... I'll make sure that you get well soon. :)
